How to Use-

1. Apply a thin layer of OPI Gel Color Base Coat to each nail.
2. Avoid getting the base coat on your cuticles.
3. Cure under the LED lamp for 30 seconds.
4. Shake the OPI Gel Color "Throw Me a Kiss" bottle well.
5. Apply a thin, even layer of the gel color to each nail.
6. Apply a second thin layer of the gel color.
7. Cure under the LED lamp for another 30 seconds.
8. Wipe your nails with a lint-free wipe soaked in rubbing alcohol.
9. Apply cuticle oil to keep your cuticles hydrated.
